Polisi Gwarchod Data – GDPR Policy (English below)

  1. Cedwir enw, cyfeiriad, rhif ffôn a chyfeiriad e-bost (os yn berthnasol) pob aelod sydd wedi talu ei aelodaeth am y flwyddyn gyfredol.  Ar gyfer aelodau sy’n talu drwy Archeb Sefydlog, cedwir cofnod o’r enw sydd ar y cyfrif banc er mwyn gallu adnabod pob taliad. Diogelir copïau electonig gan gyfrinair, a chedwir copïau papur yn ddiogel. Ni chânt eu gweld gan unrhyw un heblaw’r Swyddogion y Gymdeithas.
  2. Caiff yr wybodaeth ei diweddaru’n flynyddol wrth i’r aelodaeth newid. Cedwir rhestr o enwau aelodau’r flwyddyn flaenorol er mwyn hylwyso’r broses o ailymaelodi ar gyfer y tymor newydd.
  3. Ni chedwir ond yr wybodaeth roddir i ni gan aelodau.
  4. Ni rennir yr wybodaeth gydag unrhywun arall.
  5. Amcan hyn oll yw cadw cofnod o bawb sydd wedi talu tanysgrifiad blynyddol, a’n galluogi i yrru gohebiaeth gyffredinol, manylion digwyddiadau a drefnir gan y Gymdeithas, ac unrhyw wybodaeth berthnasol gall fod o ddiddordeb i’r aelodau.
  6. Gallwch ofyn pa ddata a gedwir amdanoch ac os y dymunwch, gallwch ofyn i’r wybodaeth gael ei ddileu.
  7. Mae’r polisi hwn i’w weld ar ein gwefan, ac  mae copi papur ar gael i aelodau sydd heb gyfrif e-bost.
  8. Mae’r polisi hwn a luniwyd gyda chyngor yr Swyddfa Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth, yn cydymffurfio, hyd y  gwyddys, â’r Rheoliadau Diogelu Data Cyffredinol a ddaeth i rym ar 25 Mai 2018.

 

Data Protection Policy 2018 Caernarfon Civic Society

  1. We keep the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable) of all members who have paid their membership for the current year. For members who pay by Standing Order, a record of the name on the bank account is kept in order to identify all payments. Electronic copies are protected by password, and paper copies are kept securely. They are not seen by anyone other than the Society’s Officers.
  2. The information is updated annually as membership changes. A list of the names of the members of the previous year is kept in order to help with the process of those who will re-join for the new term.
  3. The only information that given to us by members.
  4. We will not be sharing the information with anyone else.
  5. The aim is to keep a record of all those who have paid an annual subscription, and enable us to send general correspondence, details of events organized by the society, and any relevant information that may be of interest to the members.
  6. You can ask what data is held about you and if you wish, you can ask the information to be deleted.
  7. This policy can be found on our website, and a paper copy is available to members who do not have an email account.
  8. This policy compiled with the advice of the Information Commissioner Office, and complies, as far we know, with the General Data Protection Regulations that came into force on May 25, 2018.
